Characteristics: Chickens were immunized with purified recombinant protein A. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction purified. Antibodies were immunoaffinity-purified from a protein A agarose column and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).

Application Details

Application Notes: This antibody is suitable for ELISA and immuoblotting. Recommended starting dilutions for ELISA capture is 1:100 - 1:500 and for blotting, 1:5,000 - 1:20,000.
